Focus and Scope
The OUSL Journal provides a forum for previously unpublished articles on theory, research and pedagogy relating to teaching at university level, and in particular to Open and Distance Learning. The aims are to give access to research to a broad, readership including researchers, practitioners and students.
The OUSL Journal is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Open University of Sri Lanka. It was the first academic journal to deal with Open/Distance Learning in Sri Lanka and although it welcomes research publications in other academic areas, its main focus remains Open and Distance Learning/Teaching.

Peer Review Process
All research articles in this journal have undergone peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymized refereeing by at least two anonymous referees.
Publication Frequency
The journal is published annually.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
