Author Guidelines

The contributions should be typewritten on A4 size papers with font Times New Roman and 1.5 line spacing. Margins of 2.5cm should be on all sides except the left margin. The left margin should be 3cm. The full paper should not exceed 20 pages.

A.   Title of the Paper (font-14, bold)

Titles should be simple and concise. Begin the first word with a capital letter; thereafter capitalise only proper or trade names and chemical symbols.

B.   Author(s) Name(s) (font-12, bold)

Use only one form of your name as an author in all of your publications.

C.   Author(s) Affiliation(s) (font-12, italic, normal)

Write out the names and postal addresses of all institutions in full.

D.   Abstract  (font-12, normal)

An abstract must accompany each manuscript. The abstract should be less than 200 words and be completely self-contained.

E.    Keywords (font-12, normal)

Keywords should be given for indexing and information retrieval.

F.    Main body of the paper (font-12, normal)

The body of the paper (text and math) should be divided into sections with the use of section headings and subheadings.

       1. PRINCIPAL HEADING (font-12, bold)

Left-justified heading, all capital letters, preceded by an Arabic numeral (1, 2, etc.) and a period.

       1.1 Subheading
Left-justified heading, first word with a capital letter, preceded by Arabic numerals (1.1, 1.2, 2.1, etc.) and a period.

Leave double space before section headings or sub-headings.

G.   Citations, Figures and Tables (font-11, normal)

In the body of the paper all references, figures, and tables must be cited consecutively in numerical order. Tables and Figures should be numbered with Arabic numerals (Figure 1, Table 1, etc.) Use (a), (b), (c), etc., to label the parts of figures (Figure 1(a), Figure 1(b), etc.).

H.   Equations

Equations that are important, long, complex, or referenced later in the paper are set off from the text (displayed) and may be numbered consecutively with right-justified Arabic numbers within parentheses (1), (2), (3), etc.

I.    ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

The acknowledgement section follows the main body of the paper. One paragraph is suggested, with acknowledgement of financial support listed at the end. A principal heading is used for this section, but the section is not numbered

J.    Footnotes (font-10, normal)

Use lowercase letters a, b, c, etc. to label the footnotes. Refer to the footnote in the body text by the insertion of label as a superscript.

K.    REFERENCES (font-11, normal, single spacing)

Citation of reference information should be as simple and as concise as possible. A superscript number in Arabic numerals should indicate references in the text. Follow the instructions given below when preparing the final reference list in numerical order at the end of the manuscript.

L.    PAGINATION: Number each page on the top right hand coner of the page. The final pagination will be numbered by the editor/publisher. Number of pages should be limited to a maximum of 20 (twenty).
